The Santa Maria Coffees company was born from the desire to offer the consumer high quality coffees with traceability, that is, coffees that go through a rigorous quality control in all stages of production, from the origin to the cup.
The Santa Maria Coffees coffees are rigorously selected and come from different Brazilian origins, where the conditions of climate, soil and relief provide the production of coffees with special characteristics.
Our gourmet coffee is made from grains harvested in the best regions and micro-regions producing coffee in Brazil. It is a blend that combines high quality coffees, whose attributes are combined to result in an excellent cup, of marked flavor and complex aromas, with pronounced sweetness and mild acidity.
Our organic coffee comes from a single origin, Fazenda Santa Maria *, with more than 50 years of coffee tradition and located in the Mogiana region of the state of São Paulo.
The coffees that make up this blend are cultivated at more than 1,000 meters of altitude, according to organic and biodynamic principles. They are full bodied, with intense aroma and natural sweetness. The result is a 100% Arabica coffee, produced free of chemical fertilizers and agrochemicals, with full traceability so that the consumer is sure to be sampling a high quality coffee that, at the same time, follows rigid social and environmental standards.
